Molibdenos y Metales S.A. is a public limited company, incorporated in 1975 from the division of Carburo y Metalurgia S.A., and registered in the Securities Registry under No. 0191. The company does not have a Controller and at year-end there are no significant changes in its ownership. Its Capital Stock is divided into 132,999,304 registered shares, single series, fully subscribed and paid. At the close of December 31, 2019, Molymet registered 144 shareholders.
Por acuerdo de la Junta de Accionistas y según las disposiciones vigentes, se aprobó continuar con una política de dividendos similar a las de años anteriores, repartiendo en principio, el 40% de la utilidad líquida, previa absorción de las pérdidas acumuladas que existieran y manteniendo una razonable estabilidad en el monto absoluto a repartir. Lo anterior, dependiendo de la situación económica de la Sociedad, considerando la caja disponible y los proyectos que se deban financiar.
